Our Packages

Presenting our coaster that is versatile and can create magic on your tablesetting and decor. This small piece of art works both as a souvenir and place card. Whatever you chose, the coaster will surely be something your guests can take home and remember your special day.

Our second package is made of the Coaster, Seating Card and Table Number. This also includes place cards on printed paper or handmade paper with calligraphy, ribbon or wax seal. As it’s name states, you will have everything you need to help your guests find their seat and bring home memories of your wedding day. You can chose a matching design or entirely different combination, whatever direction you take it will truly elevate your wedding decor.

Make planning easier with this package that will surely cross out alot on your to do list. The Coaster, seating chart, table number and menu are the pieces that will complete your placesetting and create your dream wedding tablescape. In addition, you can have a place card on printed or handmade paper with calligraphy, ribbon or wax seal. Simple signages is also included in this package, please inquire on what type signage you can add on your package.

Our wedding packages are designed for events with 50 guests or more. To reserve your date, simply secure your order for the first 50 guests—additional guests can be added once your final count is confirmed.
For more intimate celebrations with fewer than 50 guests, we invite you to explore our Custom Package option, tailored specifically for smaller gatherings.
Pricing begins at $10–$15 per guest, depending on the level of detail and pieces selected. Personalization—including color and font adjustments—is thoughtfully included in every package.
Looking for something truly one-of-a-kind? If your vision extends beyond our current collection, we’re happy to bring it to life through a fully custom design experience. Custom design fees begin at $300.
our design process
Step 1: Inquire
Email hello@thepatterneddesk.com to schedule your consultation call. We’ll chat about your event details, vision, and the meaningful elements you'd love to include.
Step 2: Reserve Your Date
After our call, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on our calendar. We book only 1–2 weddings per month to ensure every detail receives our full care and attention.
Step 3: Design & Draft Review
4–6 months before your event, we begin designing your pieces. You'll receive drafts to review and share feedback as we shape your vision together.
Step 4: Final Approval
3–4 months out, we’ll finalize your designs and prepare for production. You’ll have one more chance to review and approve everything before creation begins.
Step 5: Creation Begins
During the 1–3 months leading up to your wedding, your custom pieces are handcrafted with love, intention, and meticulous attention to detail.
Step 6: Delivery or Pickup
Your order will be ready for pickup or delivery 2–3 weeks before your event. If you need day-of delivery, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Rentals
Rental items must be returned within 7 days of your event. A refundable fee (starting at $25) will apply, depending on your rental quantity.
