our design process
Step 1: Inquire
Email hello@thepatterneddesk.com to schedule your consultation call. We’ll chat about your event details, vision, and the meaningful elements you'd love to include.
Step 2: Reserve Your Date
After our call, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on our calendar. We book only 1–2 weddings per month to ensure every detail receives our full care and attention.
Step 3: Design & Draft Review
4–6 months before your event, we begin designing your pieces. You'll receive drafts to review and share feedback as we shape your vision together.
Step 4: Final Approval
3–4 months out, we’ll finalize your designs and prepare for production. You’ll have one more chance to review and approve everything before creation begins.
Step 5: Creation Begins
During the 1–3 months leading up to your wedding, your custom pieces are handcrafted with love, intention, and meticulous attention to detail.
Step 6: Delivery or Pickup
Your order will be ready for pickup or delivery 2–3 weeks before your event. If you need day-of delivery, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Rentals
Rental items must be returned within 7 days of your event. A refundable fee (starting at $25) will apply, depending on your rental quantity.
